TIIS progress activities have resulted to several achievements;

  • About 336  and  472 participants from HTIs and MDAs  received Operational and HRHIS/TIIS Data Utilization respectively.
  •  At least three staff from each institution were trained.
  • The system is used in 151 Health Training Institution(141TIs +10 Universities)
  • New desktop computers (82) were procured by JICA and were distributed and installed to all Public TIs.
  • The system was upgraded and installed to all sites .
  •  Onsite trainings and supportive supervision visits were provided to all TIs
  • Development of  Student Academic Assessment Component
  • TIIS user guiding materials like Standard Operation Procedures, DUT Guideline were developed, and distributed to TIs .
  • Basic computer knowledge/skills has been imparted to users as some of TIs staff had low or no basic computer knowledge
  •  Most basic data have been collected and utilized
  •  Some Universities has started utilizing the system, some of basic data have been collected.
  • Utilization of the system and data at the ministry has increased as TIIS responsible sections (Allied, Nursing,Planning, IT) are involved.
